About Us
In Japan, from the late 60s, Sukeban were girls who rejected rules, they were rebellious and wanted to do things their own way, differently.
They created a feminist movement with elements inspired by punk and anarchist culture, using their clothes as a tool of rebellion. They abolished gender distinctions, stopping at nothing, especially not activities considered masculine.
From France, each Sukeban piece is born from a desire to make fashion something that lasts, that has character, that doesn't look like everyone else.
The opposite of fast fashion. Pieces are made to order, it takes time, but knowing how to slow down is also knowing how to appreciate things at their true value.
I found no fulfillment in a conventional job, so instead of enduring it, I chose to create with my hands.
If my universe piques your curiosity, I'm sure your new favorite piece is already here, at Sukeban
